Driver Knowledge Test Info

The Driver Knowledge Test is the first step in getting your driver licence. You can complete the online test at home or book an in-person test and do it at a service centre:

• Driver Knowledge Test (DKT): The DKT is a test you must pass to apply for your C class (car) learner licence. To pass the test you need to answer questions about road rules and safe driving behaviour. 
• Online or In-person Driver Knowledge Test: For your convenience it can be completed online or in person.
